Replacing all locks?

'99 Cherokee with over 230,000 miles. Company vehicle with poor TLC (before me).
2 different door locks, and a different ignition key. Driver's door key only works one way. Ignition key falls out while driving.
Can I buy a complete set of 2 (or 3) door lock cylinders, AND an ignition cylinder that are all keyed alike?

You can go to the junk yard and pick up all of the for almost nothing.

What are the chances the junkyard would have the keys?

Pretty good at least a few of the ones that are close to me.

Does no one sell the complete kit, new?

About how much does a locksmith charge to rekey the ignition or door locks to the same key?
