If it is a heavy duty suspension or spring set, it will sit 1 to 2 inches higher. 1 in the front, up to 2 in the rear. I have the old man emu suspension and it was technically a 1.5 inch lift aka suspension upgrade. Because the rear sagged sooooooooo bad it lifted it 3.5 inches from sag mark. I don't have exact measurements because I have larger tires which would affect the outcome, but I would expect 1 inch at least. That is what the upcountry packages with the suspension upgrade got with OEM heavy duty springs.

30x9.5 would be a good choice.

Mastercraft, Cooper, Treadwrights are awesome. I have two sets of treadwrights and mastercraft courser mt's. What are your plans for it? Any wheeling? How many road miles?

yes definately some wheeling...i only wheel like once as week kinda like a dirt road...whenever it rains i look for the puddles so not alot of wheeling but some...i looked at a few tire websites and they dont have listings for 31's...im going to run the stock jeep rims...they look good not crappy like some of them...and its my daily driver vehicle so yeah...my plans are to keep it as long as i can and just slowly make it better...something to be proud of you know

Definitely. Really it's going to be your personal preference in the end but I suggest any of the brands I mentioned earlier.
