Replacement Fender Flares
I have searched and searched for someone with a similar dilemma so I'm sorry if I'm asking something that was asked a bunch of times.
Here is my issue. I lost my right rear fender flare to my Cherokee. My Jeep is Red and most of the replacements that are new that I am finding are black. I'm going for the cheapest option to get it back to normal. Obviously still drives fine.
Would I be best to buy a new set of 4 black fender flares and get them installed, buy 1 new black fender flare and paint the 3 others Red, or I found a used set of 4 Red flares for about $150.
I wanted to make my daily driver off road capable so I was told by a reputable Off Road shop I can fit 235/75/15 tires on my stock 99 Cherokee. I had to cut the front bumper a little due to rubbing and the back fender flares were bumping and that's why it came off. I thought the tires would fit fine otherwise I would not have purchased them.
I wanted a 2nd set, I have my 225/75/15 Winterforce tires and 235/75/15 DuraTracs. I love them but spent like $1,500 on a second set of tires and wheels and would not have bought them had I known they would rub. I'm either considering selling the Duratracs and buying some that actually fit or getting a 2'' body lift budget boost to clear the rubbing.
My brother designed a Jeep for offroad and it seems like as soon as he replaces one thing, something else needs to be changed. I don't want a project, I just wanted some aggressive tires on my Jeep. I want to do this as cheap as possible, so either budget boost and fender flares, or skip the lift and just fender flares and I guess sell these 235 DuraTracs that I've fallen in love with.

Correction, my current flares are RED. I would be purchasing 1 black and painting the remaining 3 RED flares black to match. Just wanted to clarify since I mis-typed that.

You shouldn't of had any rubbing with 235x75-15 unless your spring are really sagging all the way around. My x-girlfriend had a stock 2wd XJ and it had 235x75-15 and it never came close to rubbing.
