Replaced tailgate, got a wiring question.
Howdy, had a small mishap on the XJ so it was best to replace the tailgate instead of trying to repair it.
my Jeep is a 200 and the replacement is from a 2001 model. The salvage yard, cut the harness about 16" from the tailgate itself. I pretty much color matched the connections and solder them together. But I noticed that the harness has two black wires. Would it matter on how I hook them up? or are they specific to each other? Any advice is greatly appreciated.
