Replaced Exhaust Manifold now wont start
I have a 1999 Jeep Cherokee I replaced the exhaust manifold with the APN header at http://www.ineedparts.com I tightened everything down and checked multiple times to see if intake & exhaust manifolds were sealed to the head and on the dowels. Everything else was put back together properly (or so it seems)
It does crank but not run. One thing i did do was disconnect the fuel line from the fuel rail instead of taking the fuel rail and injectors out, and once i had the intake manifold off i dumped all the fuel out from the rail b.c it kept dripping
Although i have no checked yet the possibities i think are blown fuse, flooded to fauled spark plugs, or fuel has not reached engine yet (but ive cranked it quite alot)
PLEASE HELP!
-Mike

Pull one of the plugs, check for the presence of fuel. If you have fuel, connect the plug you removed to the plug-wire it belongs to, ground the base of the plug to the block and see if you have spark while some one cranks it over. If you have spark and fuel, it should fire at least. If not start checking and rechecking the wire connections you removed.

There was a wire you disconnected located at the rear of the intake manifold, check to see that is rehooked up and not hanging down by the bellhousing. This is the CPS, without a signal it will crank only and not fire up.

I figured it out!
It was the CPS. When I removed the Intake Manifold the CPS electric connector had a little plastic nub that connected to the manifold, (its so it doesnt move around). Well Basically I yanked on it pulling the manifold out and it broke, although it looked totally fine. So $85.59 later shes running great.
Thanks All!
