Have you checked the MAP? I wonder if it is bad and is injecting too much gas. Really does sound like a bad IAC. Does it run kinda rough when you do give it gas? Did you really clean the TB really well? I wonder if where the IAC goes is super dirty and sticking or possibly even clogged some....

I'm just stumped and need to get this running I've only drove couple times since I bought in December and it was ok because it had a leaky brake booster and so I put the used one in that came with it and since then I just won't idle And just dies

Check the voltage from the CPS. It's in Cruiser's tips. If that's low, then you can drill out one of the holes to get the CPS closer to the teeth which will increase voltage output. Way back when, I seemed to have a similar no idle problem, and the CPS was new, but it was too far away from the teeth.
Here's a video of what it did. The engine was started and ran above idle, but as the IAC valve brought the RPMS down, it started to fluctuate and eventually die.

We don't discuss that stuff here.
Make sure it's closing.
But, you say it will idle with the booster hose off, so I doubt that's the issue.
Couple other things to check.
Intake manifold bolts loose?
My Tip 5. What were the results?
