Default Renix system on 1992 Jeep commanche?

Been working on my commanche project, 2-wheel drive to 4x4.
swapped out motor ,tranny . Added tcase front diff and a older motor, 88-89 H.o type.
So far no start.
Did an1992 commanche come with a renix system ?.
All the info I find says that's what was in this 92.
Used flexplate, distributor, new, aND existing wiring in truck.
nothing is working to get spark, new c.p.s new distributor, lowered c.p.s by drilling out top hole to 3/8 still no fire.
When key is on reading c.p.s wires I have 12v on center top pin. 3.5v on one lower pin and 6-7v on other pin. Tried testing them every way possible even the AC .5 with it unplugged while cranking engine get nothing. Getting bummed.
Any ideas out there other than take it to a shop. No money, have to figure it out at home.
Thanks in advance

I can't help you with all the swap details, but the '92 was not a Renix system. It is, however, the rarest year of the Comanche. That's a desirable truck.

'87-90 Renix
'91 "High Output" engine, but still has the Center Axle Disconnect
'92 HO and one--piece axle shafts
