I know the renix motors are supposedly not supposed to have a rev limiter. I know in my 89 automatic it doesn’t, went wheeling with my buddy who’s in a 90 xj 5 speed, and it definitely had a limiter. Is this something in the auto vs 5 speed, or does it have a H.O motor swap?

 

And how did you determine it has a "rev limiter".
