Default Remove entire exhaust, no cutting?

I'm wondering if it is possible to remove the entire exhaust after the manifold, without cutting it. I'd like to drop mine for an ax15 swap but I couldn't figure out how to do it on my donor Jeep so I just cut it. My cat and muffler are stuck on solid, so, is it anyway possible to wiggle it out and wiggle it back in?

The down pipe bolts to the manifold. Remove the bolts. May have to cut them.

Yea I have them removed and the manifold separated from the rest of the exhaust.. I just can't figure out a way to wiggle/twist/maneuver the rest of the pipe out.. Mainly because of the hump that goes over the axle...

I am assuming you have ubolts holding the joints together. They put a small crease in both pipes locking them together. You can use a cutting wheel to put 3 or 4 cuts down the pipe about an inch long and kinda banana peel it off. It takes effort but can be done. For this reason I am a fan of using 1 or 1.5 inch band clamps.

Sounds like it's all welded together to me.

I think if you remove or loosen the crossmember you can pull it out by going forward over the axle then backwards under the axle. I know I've done it before but it's been quite a while since I did it.

Post a picture of what you would like to separate.

It cannot be done while crossmember is in. Also put jeep on jacks to frame to allow for more space between axle and frame.
