Remote Keyless Entry ???
Hi gang.
I got the build sheet from my dealer and I have a 1999 Jeep Cherokee Sport. One of the build codes listed is "GXM" . Does this mean the Jeep has Keyless remote entry? If so, can I get remote key fobs online or from the dealer? Let me know.

My 2000 sport has the code "GXMP" and it's for keyless entry. I purchased two used fobs from Ebay for $20 each and had them programmed for free at the dealer. $40 is much cheaper than any aftermarket system and you don't have to do anything but get it programmed. Some dealers charge but I got lucky I guess. Either way it shouldn't cost that much.
