Default Redrill for track bar/also caster??

Ok so me and a buddy are gona be installing my rough country 3inch lift on monday of next week...my questions are...

1. not sure when im gona be able to get a new adj track bar so can i drill a new hole and just relocate my stock track bar?? If i do this will it work just as well as an adj one?? What are the pro's and con's of doing this??

2. Iv heard that the caster should be set differently lifted compared to stock..what should i tell the alignment shop to set the caster to??

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
