Recalls!!???!

Hey everyone, I just ran my vin on jeep website and it says recall on the fuel sending unit, and the status is incomplete , but I also heard about the cat being recalled back in 98 but the website says it doesn't display any recalls before 99 and to contact my local dealer, because my car is rattling when I'm stopped, so do they still do all of these repairs for free,

OK, If you want the to replace the brake pad they will charge you for a brake job. When they replace parts for a recall they will not install new parts without charging for it. They will only replace the recalled part and install all the old related parts only.
