Rebuilt engines?

I've been searching the net for a replacement engine for a 97 XJ, yet every place I go doesn't necessarily say 97 on their rebuilds. Do any of you know a good site? Or is it easier to just find a junkyard with one and rebuild myself?

For 96-98 block info is .. # 569 - 341 w/ 411 - 767 Crank
Head info is.. 0630

Those are casting numbers and should help with the search for a rebuilt motor.
