rearend?

I was looking at a cherokee this evening that is a really good deal, but....... when someone had changed shocks they broke off the heads on the bolts and reattched with what looked like really jacked -up bolts/screws. Any way to fix it back?

Always can be fixed. Some fixes just require more time and money thrown at them. Doesn't sound too awful but post a pic.
