hey guys, quick silly question.

i went to auto zone parts store and the rear wiper was missing on my 97 xj, so they recommended a 8$ 13" wiper to fit on the HOOK style rear arm.

we tried every adapter that they had laying around to clip on the wiper but when i tried to slide it under the hook of the arm, it wouldnt fit... the plastic adapter seemed about a 1/8" too fat, and the smaller one was way too small.
whats goin on ??? do i need some special wiper adapter?

the car came with the arm ready to go, but no clip or wiper blade.

got it figured out... cant rely on anyone. went to autozone, got the duralast wiper, and the 2 adapters that come with it wouldnt work and they said 'go to the dealer, these car companies do this all the time!' but i didnt, and went to another place, took off the adapter for my front wiper and went into the shop and asked him if he had one laying around and bam, im back in rear wiper business.
