Does it work with the washer button???
The black/white wire is the power feed to the wiper motor from the washer circuit.
The park switch is the brown/red wire.
White is battery power from JB fuse 1, black is ground.

Wiper moter
The little black box is a relay-not gonna be your problem! Did you install a new unit? Did your jeep come with a rear wiper(mine didnt so i hard wired one in, until i did the swap to 91) Does the shaft that the wiper arm mounts to move a little by hand or is it seized ? Check your wiring where it flexes between the body and the lift gate. Wires die there because of the flex from opening and closing---A lot like bending a coat hanger back and forth over and over-- eventually they break!
