You can have someone move the vehicle up and down on that side by having them stand on the bumper while you inspect. Likely candidates are:

1. Broken leaf spring eyelet (up inside the front spring bracket/box)
2. Leaf spring friction (the leafs sliding on each other making a racket)
3. Disconnected shock absorber (sometimes they break off at the top mounts)
4. Noisy shock absorber (making a lot of noise as they go up and down)

You have not described the nature of the noise.

Give the leafs a shot of WD40 where they sit atop each other, bounce on the rear bumper as noted by jordan96xj, and listen for a change in the noise.
