newer 2dr my girlfriend wants one and I dont want her to get one due to driving stability. Her friend at work said they were only 1 and 1/2 shorter than the cherokee and I think thats BS

Yes, but see this is what the world is coming to...no one being able to do a little searching on their own before asking for help. Everyone wants the answer just given to them. The sad part is I am 22 and realize that.
It's always best to do a little research on your own before and then when you can't find the answer, ask questions. Another reason why this forum, along with every other forum, has a "Search" function.
