I haven't been able to find any information about my problem on other threads, but im not sure what im looking for exactly.

The jeep drives fine, nothing irregular except that when I hit bumps or pothols the rear end feels like it lurches forward or jumps ahead of itself. Its only the rear end. The front end takes bumps how it should. Happens constantly no matter the size of the bump although speed plays a role in the severity of it. Today though was the first time it lurched forward from a dead stop and felt like the axle rotated back into place or that it shifted really hard pushing me back into my seat. I got underneath and checked to see if any suspension components were broken, but nothing seemed out of the ordinary. Im at a brick wall guys. Any suggestions?

Broken main spring?
Look **Carefully** like suggested above at your springs where the U-bolts are, and the perches. Also the bushings on each end of the springs.
