Default Rear Brake Line replacement help

So,

Getting a lift put on and my Mech texted me and says I need "the rear line at axle tube that goes from rear to front steel and the rubber one too". He wants me to go online and source the part numbers.
Any ideas?

TIA,
SeaVee

Maybe a Ford Pinto?

1995 Wrangler rear hose works for your lift on a Cherokee. Hit up Rockauto.com and get part numbers for a 95 Wrangler in the future. 95 Dodge Dakota 4x4 work too but for some reason the parts run 10 bux more each.

Longer rear rubber brake hose part numbers. Worked on my 5 inch lift with room to spare.
WAGNER Part # BH123814
DORMAN Part # H38845
