Default Really wek heat in 98 xj 4.0L

Hey, so its 29 degrees outside right no and having weak heat in my xj is getting old, with the heat turned up all the way you can just barely feel the heat. Also when you try to go from any setting to the face setting it has trouble coming out of the vents it overshooots and goes out of the defrost vent instead you have to lower the fan speed for it too come ot of the face vents? This isn't really a big concern for me winter is almost over in like a month, and i barely use the heat, does anybody have any suggestions. also where is the heater core located and how hard is it to access?

heater core is behind the glove box on the firewall. you should see two tubes sticking out the of firewall under the hood on the passenger side. Heatercore on on inside on jeep tho.

Does your engine run in the right temp zone? T-stat maybe?
