here is the checklist for this issue, please answer all Q's
1. pull the plug on the wiper motor and do a volt check, is there voltage at max speed. if there is voltage then it's the motor.
2. play with the wiper **** on the sterring colum they can get gritty and dirty and cause issues.
3. roll the key back to the ACC position and see if your wipers work, cause the key switch has been known to rotate and causes all kinds of stuff to stop working(on mine the key rotated to the ACC allows my wipers and turnsignals to work but in the run position they do not)
4. if there is no voltage and the wiper control **** and key seems fine then you have the PITA classic wire break. what.. you want to know what that is :-) well read on.
on the drivers side, some drunk *** enginer at Jeep decided to run power lines under your feet. And cause of this drunk person those power lines can, and will get pinched and broken. So you have to pull up the carpet on the drivers side all the way back to the seat and check the wires, this means removing the from the wrap and checking each one for cuts breaks or anything that looks bad. I had to cut and remove 5 wires on that harness that actually shorted out to the metal floor board. I lost interior lights, electric locks, turnsignal, wipers, and stereo from that harness. It is a major issue.
sorry for misspelled words no time for proof reading
