Radio Upgrade Help

I own a 1995 Jeep Cherokee and am having difficulties installing a new Kenwood Radio. My Jeep is a sport and it only has front door speakers. I upgraded them and I added the rear speakers. I ran the wire for the rear speakers, but realize I have to connect the wires directly (They don’t work with the factory adapter since there is no wires for Rear Speakers). I bought the install kit, but it just doesn’t connect (Sit) well and I can’t see how it supports or holds the radio in. Anyone have any opinions, pictures, ect.. I can examine and use to evaluate my install. I want to do it right, better than factory or at least factory so let your opinions fly…
I have replaced the factory radio previously with a cheap pioneer and now have a nice Kenwood with HD, Bluetooth, USB Front, 50X4 and not 25X4 the other had, 2 sets of RCA’s plus a subwoofer RCA out, and nice Kicker 5 ¼ speakers.

The install kit should get the radio into the dash with no problems.

As for the rear speakers, just wire them to the radio’s rear speaker wires directly. No need for an adapter harness there if the Jeep didn’t come with rear speakers…..it’s going to be a new direct connection.
