Radio shows click, but but no sound
So I'm working to try to get the speakers working on my passenger side, and I get it back together, and the sound just doesn't work. The display itself is blank unless I press the volume ****, then it briefly flashes the time, then goes blank again. Off to check fuses, but what else could it be?

Make sure you have all the wires hooked up correctly. Start with this for the radio:
2001 Jeep Cherokee Car Radio Stereo Audio Wiring Diagram
Car Radio Battery Constant 12v+ Wire: Pink/Yellow
Car Radio Accessory Switched 12v+ Wire: Red/White
Car Radio Ground Wire: Black
Car Radio Illumination Wire: Orange/Brown
Car Stereo Dimmer Wire: Black/Light Blue
Car Stereo Antenna Trigger: N/A
Car Stereo Amp Trigger Wire: N/A
Car Stereo Amplifier Location: N/A
Car Audio Front Speakers Size: N/A
Car Audio Front Speakers Location: N/A
Left Front Speaker Positive Wire (+): Dark Green
Left Front Speaker Negative Wire (-): Brown/Red
Right Front Speaker Positive Wire (+): Violet
Right Front Speaker Negative Wire (-): Dark Blue/Red
Car Audio Rear Speakers Size: N/A
Car Audio Rear Speakers Location: N/A
Left Rear Speaker Positive Wire (+): Brown/Yellow
Left Rear Speaker Negative Wire (-): Brown/Light Blue
Right Rear Speaker Positive Wire (+): Dark Blue/White
Right Rear Speaker Negative Wire (-): Dark Blue/Orange
Then for the head unit wiring harness:
Just make sure all the colors are correct and hopefully this will fix your problem. Granted this is only if you have a after market head unit. If you dont you may just need to replace the radio. Not positive but hope this helps.

I f'ed up the wiring, cross read the diagrams. Everything's back to (semi) working order. Now I just need to get new clips to match my new wiring...
