Default Radiator filler neck plug

This plug shot out of the filler neck on the radiator when my jeep overheated. The threads are broke off pretty short and I don't think I can get the other half out. Do you think a lot of epoxy or JB weld would hold it on?

Thanks

That fix might work, but I don't think that should have happened if the radiator cap was functioning properly. You might have the same problem again if the cause isn't fixed first.

I planned on replacing the cap. I have an electric fan set up and for some reason the relay went out. I was letting the jeep idle for a bit and when the fans went out it overheated. I wasn't paying attention.

Is your mechanical fan functioning properly?

I don't have one. I have a E-fan setup. Both fans are electric. I have a relay for each set to a switch. I haven't figured it out yet but something came disconnected somewhere and stopped the fans.

Any other opinions? I really don't want to change out a good radiator for this.
