quick question about door handle mechanism

quick question about door handle mechanism
does any body know what those things used to hold in the rod connecting the handle and the latch are called? and maybe where i can get some new ones?

The factory service manual calls them "plastic retainer clips." Personally, I would just get some out of the junk yard. It costs $2 for admission, and they usually don't even charge for clips and stuff like that.

Junkyard!!! To bad you are so far away I have tons of them. When I go to the junkyard I always end up pocketing little small pieces. Since my jeep got flooded I have been practically living in the junkyard. I used to always put them in the bucket with my parts but no one ever charged me for screws or plastic clips so now I just stick them in my pocket and go on.
