Gotta bunch of symptoms, figured it would be more likey be one issue as opposed to a bunch.
-Loss of Gas millage
-turns over fine but takes forever to start
-runs rich
-Stalls only when it comes down from the front axle being articulated way more than normal (doesnt matter which side is higher)
-loss of power upon acceleration
-never stalls but idle drops way down when you accelerate from a dead stop.
-runs normal at a steady speed
-Idles normal
One person suggested the Fuel Preasure Regulator
He also said to smell the oil to see if there is gas in it.
What do you guys think?

I know it doesnt really go with your symptoms but a few things that come to mind are: plugs, distributor cap, oxygen sensor, Fuel pump. Loss of power can be attributed to low compression, but I dont think thats part of your problem...
Edit: maybe you should check your MAT sensor too, If its bad it will make it run really rich (tells the computer its -42* out)

The O2 sensor can not work properly and still test OK and not throw codes. When a vehicle runs rich it is either high fuel pressure or the sensor. If it has 85,000 on it it is time for a change.
