Default Questions about aftermarket throttle bodies

I'm considering ordering one of the 62mm throttle bodies they sell, how much difference does using one of these make compared to running the stock tb? Also, is that all that is needed? I've made my own intake system/heatshielded with a Spectre filter so the the air should be covered, and my exhaust is as free flowing as you can get, lol. Thanks for the info on your experiences or thoughts on a TB swap.

i got mine done from stroked jeep. its a 63mm, and the throttle response is great. although the site says theres no whistling, there is a bit but its definitely nothing that should steer you away.

if you want, i can upload a few pics of the stock and 63mm next to each other. i got them somewhere on this comp

THANKS alot guys! I was looking at BBK's and I think they're like $250, I'm definitely gonna look into this! What size bore would you recommend? I've got a fabbed up intake with a cone filter and a 'high flow' cat with a Flowmaster 40, and am going to put an Accel 42K volt coil on soon too. Are these like carbs where too big is a bad thing? or.... Thanks again guys, and I like to give business to places like this instead of a bigger companies as well, and as far as the whistle goes, I could care less, lol
