question about fuel injectors
can someone give me a straight answer please.. i searched and im a little confused for my 99 xj limited for me to upgrade my fuel injectors do i need the ford #19lbs injectors or the #24lbs or the dodge neon injectors(#0280155703)

ok cool i just wanted to make sure i read cuz i have a 99 which is a h.o. motor i would need the 24 or the neon injectors

well its not totaly stock i did the entire intake and exhaust system (cold air intake , bigger t/b header cat back )

from what i keep readining and being told for renix generation use the #19 the h.o. era engines get the #24lbs or 95-96 dodge neon injectors but u could use any of the 3 and u should be fine depending on which one u use will tell what type of performance upgrade u will get looks like mostly everyone i see are using the #19 even though the neon injectors are stock in yj"s but dont quote me

so does my shoppin list sound about right 6 injectors from a 96 dodge caravan 2.4L and a half dozen ev1 to ev6 adapters

to go from 1 hole to 4 holes... all you re doing is dispersing the fuel better. The computer determines how much gas is being put out and it doesnt matter if iits 1 hole or 19 holes.. its still going to be a "psssst" of gas... lol

You need to get certain injectors with a certain part number. if you want to take the guess work out of it I have a set of 4 Neon injectors that won't need adapters and will just plug right into your stock harness, and you can use the part numbers on them to buy the 2 more injectors you need to complete a set

oh and are you sure i wont need the adapter for those injectors (#bosch 0280155703) i read on here and a couple other jeep forums that for my 99 limited xj id need the adapters
