Question about Aftermarket lights Help Needed
Im new to the whole jeep thing. Im reallyloving the jeep and its off-road capabilitys. Now Im wanting to add some lights to it Im gonna add 2 to the bumper and two smaller ones to the rear bumper. the question I have is.....I have the surco Safari rack and I want to add 6 lights. 4 up front 2 in the rear. Now im going to make the mounts myself just like the ones surco offers. but my question is how do you hide the wires & get the wires on the inside of the jeep to wire them up? I dont Know where the best place to enter the vechile so that my jeep want leak. And suggestion and or Pictures would be helpful. Thanks in Advance.

I ran from battery to fuse to drivers side of eng comp throught the firewall where the hood release cable comes from to switch back through firewall then straight over to passenger side eng compt I then drilled a hole so I could pass it into the passenger side front 1/4 pannel. drilled near the hood mount. then I passes the wiresdown to where if you have the passengers door open on the bottom there is an open section into the 1/4 pannel. then Iran it up and tucked behind the upper door molding until it was on the top of the passenger entry. drilled a samll hole just big enough for wires in the rain gutter and up to the roof rack. looks clean

Here are some pic's of mine. Hope it helps. Remimber when u install, 2 lights for one relay. Otherwise u will burn wire like a pyromaniac.

The wires on mine go threw the hole inthe roof then down inside the molding were the door and windshield are. The plastic part is held in place by to screws. Then to the relays and on/off buttons under the dash.
