Question

Some long arm guys run 2 lowers and one upper and see improved flex. I am running short arms and drop brackets. Would running just one upper improve flex? i doubt i do it but would like to know what you guys think. My upper and lowers are not stock. you can see them in my build page

Doing one correctly requires that the top link is tied into one of the bottom links, this is what improves the flex. having just 2 pivot points at the frame, like radius arms

If you remove one of your uppers your axle will roll back or forward depending on arm length and you won't be able to steer. I ripped off an upper mount and it rolled the axle back and I snapped a u-joint before I could make it out of the trail.

good to know. ill just wait till i build long (radius) arms. I noticed that the long arm 3link guys only have 3 as the name sugestes but the third (upper link) is moved more towards the center of the axle. but the long three link got me wondering why i couldnt just do it with short arms
