Quadratec Alternative
Does anyone know of another equivalent to Quadratec? I got my 92 XJ after 200,000 miles of salt and dirt roads had done a real number to her, so I buy a lot of parts and do a lot of work, and I've had a lot of problems with Quadratec: being shipped the wrong parts, being shipped incomplete orders, being shipped kits that were missing parts, and so on. I love their selection - and browsing their catalogs - but the customer service is killing me. Is there another place that sells an equivalent selection of stock and aftermarket parts?

Wow really??? I've bought most of my stuff from them and only once had a mistake on a right side marker light,and they shipped me a left side one,they shipped the correct one and I kept both. Try www.jcwhitney.com or www.4wheelparts.com. I personally like rubicon express products so for lifts or ANYTHING to do with your suspension check them out... www.rubiconexpress.com Good luck...

I know! They're like the people to get Jeep parts from. I don't know if I've just happened to have a bad run of experiences with them, or what. I'd actually sworn them off, but decided to give them another chance when they recently sent me the wrong bumper, and have taken a week and a half to get around to figuring out what's going on. I've never heard of anyone else having so many problems with them, so maybe I'm just stupid or something.

4wheelparts.com is a great place. free shipping and i always get what i need. also i go to discountjeeparts.com good site as well but i have never had any problems with quadratec.com
