pulling out vibration

theres times when i pull out that the jeep vibrates exponentially. i was actually thinking that the rear drums are not releasing. maybe shoe chatter. anyone else have this issue? if its not the drums what could it be?

If not the drums could be a warped flywheel.

Pull the drums and check for something out of the ordinary.
