Not too bad. Since I'm planning on doing the bed liner thing, what's the best easiest way to remove the little insulated mats and the big rubber mat over the gas tank?

I haven't tried this, so just off the top of my head, I'd bet an oscillating tool with a scraper blade would work pretty well. A cheap Harbor Freight heat gun would also be good.

Well I'm a happy camper. Think I'll do a little sanding and spray some paint on it till warmer weather. I understand the bed liner needs to be applied outdoors due to the fumes and not sure how many more warm days there will be.

I'll never forget a while back when a friend if mine pulled up in an xj and I could see carpet and floor mat hanging out under the rocker. Lol

Mine is too far gone.
This is what will replace it.

That monsta liner looks nice. Was going to do mine with por 15 but I may have changed my mind. Maybe leaning toward something more rubbery for sound deadening and insulation. Maybe use this stuff first though
