thanks for the input everybody.
i finally serviced the problem on my own by filling the overflow continuosly and turning on and off the engine in essence burping itself not to mention with the overflow cap on and tight.ONCE AGAIN TYVM EVERYBODY KEEP IT UP!!!!!! RUBBER SIDE DOWN
