powerTrax question

I JUST got done installing 4.11 gears, Ected locker up front, and the PowerTrax rear locker. Upon the test drive, there is very noticeable popping from the rear end. I was under the impression that the power trax rear locker system was SUPPOSED to be QUIET... Whats up with that? is that normal, and are other lockers way noisier?

Any input on this from other power trax users would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

p.s. where is a good place to get stronger drive shaft u joints??

is the popping when its going around corners if so that is going to be normal because of the ratcheting action of these style lockers if it does it just normal driving in a straight line you probably have a proble wether it be with the install or the part i have heard of people using heavier dif fluids to keep them a little quieter

Its happens when cornering. It pops at the start of the turn then once more after i straighten out. i figure thats normal? there is no ratcheting or chattering type noise though. so i guess thats good. Right now i put 80 90 in there. i guess if i get tiered of it ill go thicker. I bet when i go wheeling, ill be so happy with the performance that i wont care about that noise though. hah
