power windows stop but locks still work

power windows stop but locks still work
89 cherokee laredo, power windows just stopped this morning but the buttons for the power windows still work. any ideas on where to go from her? from reading some posts on here i assume its not the breaker since they are both on the same circuit correct? help me out!!! thaks!!!!
