Power windows/driver side speaker problem
 

1999 Cherokee - None of the power windows are working. Power locks on driver side do not work. Driver side speaker does not work. Recently windshield washer fluid pumps don't work. Checked fuses - all OK. Checked wires in door jam - no breaks. Replaced master control on driver side - nothing works. Help!!

Help, I'm a newbie to the forum. I bought a 2002 Cherokee Laredo two weeks ago. Everything on the drivers switch panel is not working. I could tell the switch was in bad shape since the toggle switch to select the left and right mirrors was stuck in the center position. The windows and the door locks also didn't work.
The door locks do work at the other three doors but the windows don't work at all there either. I took the door panel off and slaved in a new drivers side switch thinking that would cure the problem. But I got the same result after hooking up the new switch.
I also noticed that the interior lights come on when you open all of the doors except the drivers door. When you open that door the interior lights remain off.

Any information on where to go next would be very much appreciated.
