Default Possible Drive Shaft Problem?

Moving at low speeds 5-10mph it feels like the jeep is "rubberbanding" or like slow, fast, slow, fast, and so on. maybe a problem with the drive shaft? Just re-did the rear brakes but I checked and they still seem to be fine. Also there is a noise when it moves from a resting point i.e. red light or backing down the driveway. Deep tone and loud, but it doesn't happen while moving only at take off. Thanks for helping.

Check fronts too. Rotors may be slightly warped. Jack up wheel and rotate it.
