Default Popping noise when turning and still a little death wobble

Ok I just put a new track bar in my 1997 jeep Cherokee xj. The track bar is still popping when I turn left or right. I had death wobble before and I still do but not bad. I don't know why it is still making noise when I turn. Any thoughts? Any kind of help would be appreciated?

Make sure the bolt on the track bar is TIGHT meaning take the bolt back out if you can and most likely if you ran into the problem i had the threads were mushed down when taking it out. My solution was to put a few washers on it and then tighten it down.

My stock trackbar bracket made popping noises because of the stress and abuse from wheeling and bigger tires. Replaced it with the Rubicon Express double shear bracket and all the noise went away.

yep. you gotta make sure all bolts, including the bracket to the frame are tight. real tight.
i even went as far as throwing a few stitch welds on that bracket, just to help hold it there.

Yeah, the welds on my bracket were coming apart.

Probably isn't this but if your axle shaft U joints are extremely worn out they will make popping noises while turning or braking hard.
