Unhappy please help runs rough after warming up

please help most of the time my 95 xj runs like crap after it warms up it starts missing really bad as if its running out of gas especially if its under any kind of a load (like just pulling an empty utility trailer) and it only runs bad once its warmed up when the engine is cool it runs amazing. Ive replaced the plugs, cps, wires, distributor cap, fuel injectors, fuel filter, and the strainer on my fuel pump i just cant figure this problem out i know its probably something simple any help would be greatly appreciated thanks

could be the o2 sensor, or the water temp sensor in the side of the block. both of these have an effect on air/fuel mix. im not saying they are bad but just an idea.

It could be a vacuum leak that gets larger when things get hot, when did you last check the torque on your intake manifold?
