Passenger door glass keep coming out of channel
 

My glass keep coming out of the window channel closest to the fire wall. For some unknown reason it ends up on the outside of the channel and will not go up all the way. The first time I had to take the door panel off to force it back into the channel. This time I was able to do a temporary fix for the night.

Does anyone know how to adjust it so it doesn't keep happening and I don't have to keep taking the door panel off?
