pass.side electric door lock and window

the door lock and window will not work on Pass. side but works fine when operated on driver side 2001 jeep cherokee

You probably have a short in the wire in the passenger door or the switch is bad take the door panel off and start snooping around would really help if you have a meter, if not I would look for nicked/cracked wire or loose connections, if all the wiring looks in order the switch is probably bad. If you have a meter hook up your leads to the motor on the passenger side see if your getting power when you push the pass. switch and start working your way backwards until you get power.

ETA: I remember seeing a problem with the window lock control on the drivers side panel that would be faulty search on here there is a fix for it where you can refresh the connections or bypass it check that out as well. If its a 4 door and the other 2 windows are working I dont think this is going to be it.

ETAA: after thinking about it probably some bad wires being that the lock is not working over there either. I would open the panel and look around its fairly easy to get off.

pass door lock and window
I removed the pass door liner and moved the plugs around and that fixed the problem for a while but its doing the same think again might be a bad switch I will remove the liner again and look a lot better now that I know its in the pass door
