Default Parasitic draw on 60A ignition fuse?

Hey all, I have a 96 xj and lately Ive gone out in the morning and it's dead, after replacing the battery, I did a parasitic draw test and found that the 60A fuse at the PDC was drawing 450ma. After researching I found this to be the ignition fuse. I have a slight idea of what to do but wanted yalls feedback. I was thinking of taking the ignition switch out, unplugging it completely, then perform the test again to see of it goes back to the normal 50ma. I'm gonna try it in the morning I just wanted to see if anyone else had this issue or maybe some input? Thanks!
