Painted my hood
My hood had seen better days, lots of scratches and was starting to haze in some places so i decided it was time for some new paint. I love the look of the hammered finished paint i used on my roof rack so decided to try it on the hood.
Need:
sanding block
water source (i used a water bottle)
rag
can of hammered finish spray paint
before
after
guide
1, scuff the hood lightly with the sanding block, harder in areas of rust.
2, put some water on the rag and wipe the surface clean
3, spray 2 to 3 light coats over the hood until desired texture
