hi all , not the best way to introduce myself but i have just bought a jeep that was dead , 2.5 diesel vm , the car had a head gasket/turbo problem and run on the oil, I bought the jeep with no battery,I rebuilt the heads and the turbo and put a new battery on it but when i tried to start it there was no power to the fuel solinoid on the diesel pump it starts with a hot wire ! I was just wondering if something needs re-sycing . Many thanks vin

So are you getting fuel or not? I can't really tell by what you posted.

Are the glowplugs getting warm?

Is the fuel good?

What was the issue?

Can you please post the issue and how you fixed it? It could help anyone that is having the sameissue as you.
