Overheating with nearly new everything
I drive a 96 Cherokee. Inline 6. 4.0L My car used to drive fine with no overheating problems. One day when coming back from a short trip my car overheated and steamed out, all that good stuff. I had it towed back home. After replacing fluid and test driving it, it kept climbing to high temps so we started replacing. We have put in a new: 3 Core Radiator. Water Pump. Thermostat. Ect Sensor. Rad Cap. Decent flush, may need a better one. Tried burping it some. Yet the problem continues. It DOES NOT overheat if i keep the RPM's. No higher than 2000-2500, and AC off. The minute i have to go up a hill or something and it pushes 3000-4000 RPMS, it starts overheating. Automatic Transmission by the way. Southern Utah where temps have been in the 100's but even then it wasn't always overheating in this heat...

Overheated and 'steamed out'? How long did you drive it while overheated? You may have warped the head or blown the head gasket. Is there any oil in the coolant or vice-versa?
