Radiator?
Water pump?
Fan clutch?
Flush?
T-stat?
Coolant Temperature Sending Unit?
Heater Control Valve?

Default X2! All of the above.

Ive had to run my heater to keep it cool. Water pump next. until then I said the heck with it and pulled the thermostat. Im going to get a 160degree soon. When in doubt flush the system a lot. new radiator too. Good luck.

hey man....what do you mean by "cooling system is all new and clean"?.....if you replaced stock with stock, then you could still run into cooling issues if you didn't have problems with the previous components.....

....you could have used higher performance/volume parts which would help the system immensely, by pushing more coolant faster than stock parts...like hesco..... http://www.hesco.us/shop.asp?action=cat&catID=7882 ....

here's a good replacement fan setup, it'll give you 3300cfm!..... http://ffdynamics.com/cherokeeB.html
