Ouch!

My backside hurts. Are there any front seats other than XJs, that are direct bolt-ins? Mine are worn and my gluts are sore. Thanks! Geo

Have you checked a junk yard?

Not yet. I was hoping to have some options if I couldn't find any XJ seats to suit me.

how are your fab skills? you can make any seat fit the rig by changing the mounting rails. i reckon it depends on how much you want to change them

In other words, there aren't any other stock options. I am real good at RnR (remove and replace) but not so good at fab so I like anything that can fit right in.

Does your drivers seat have that annoying gangsta lean?

Throttle Jockey Dec 11, 2009 05:50 PM

you may be able to use a set of GC seats. i'm not totally sure they will fit. i have a spare set of xj seats, i'll see if the adjuster rails unbolt. if so you may be able to modify a seat from something alse to fit the rails.

ZJ seats will bolt into the 95 and up XJs and are more comfortable. The 94 and older XJs have diferent mounting bases and will not swap.
