That's been in the back of my mind for a while as it is a known issue with XJs. The grounds look ok, but I'm sure looks can be deceiving with those.

Well I gave the IAC and throttle body a good cleaning and reinstalled. Started up fine and didn't stall this time. Took it for a spin and it seems to have better throttle response. Alternator checks out good. So far so good. Thanks to everyone for their help!
